Look-away clock
On an unlocked iPhone or iPad, leave the device on a desk as a foreground timer. Shares work hours and completion with the main loop. First theme, Eyes, is free; more themes are separate purchases. Mac stays on the menu bar—no clock.
Smart Pause on Mac
Pauses for Focus modes this Mac actually has (Work off by default). Pause apps are ones you add—no meeting presets. iPhone and iPad do not pause for Focus.
Menu bar, not Dock
Mac stays in the menu bar. Close the window and open it again from there.
Six languages
App UI follows the system: English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish. This site matches.
iPhone & iPad polish
Same four tabs; iPad bottom bar swipes between pages. Device-specific guides in Settings. Comfort diary quick words when you log how your eyes feel.
